High Point is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and High Point follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I went in for wisdom teeth removal yesterday and was in the waiting room for about 2 hours before being called back. I understand being busy but when you have a sign stating you will be there for 2 to 4 hours AFTER sign in, management should take a look at operation and figure out a better system. Once I got called back I waited for another 45 minutes or so. The one good thing is the man who did my IV did amazing. im terrified of needles but he did a one and done could barely feel it. However, once the people came back to remove my wisdom teeth and my mom left, the crank was put in. The man did what I can only explain as ripping the other side of my mouth wide open to do the local numbing. That felt like I was being stabbed and I was cussing as I fell asleep. The man didn't even say hello to me, just rambling about someone from Indiana. The procedure took 20 minutes at most (it definitely feels that way too). Had it not been for the kind man who did my IV this would be a 1 star review. The right side of my face feels punched in and is very tender to the touch and is much much more swollen.. please read reviews and think about other options before booking. If you do book here, clear

Let me first say yesterday was an absolute disaster.. this practice over schedules patients. You will be in this office for at least 5 hours..!! I was referred to this office for a wisdom teeth consultation, when I scheduled the appointment I was able to text my referral that had everything the dentist was requesting. When I arrived check in was great but I was never informed that it would be a 2-4 hour wait, I only noticed this due to a sign hanging on the wall in the waiting room. The doctor is was over scheduled. My time is valuable as well and waiting nearly 4 hours to see a doctor is ridiculous in my opinion. After waiting I was told in the exam room that before the doctor would see me he wanted me to have a ct scan of my face to check about an ongoing issue I have, then was told that my insurance wonβt cover it and they needed $490 to continue, if I didnβt have the money I would need to reschedule.. are you serious? I waited 4 hours to be told to reschedule when I have the money??!!!! Because I had waited so long I decided to pay it but will be fighting to get my refund due to my insurance saying they would cover the ct scan if it was medically necessary. Basically you guys

I am disappointed with the service I received during my recent wisdom teeth removal appointment. Before the procedure, an assistant started my IV. I asked multiple times what medication was being injected, but my questions were ignored. Each time I asked, he either continued speaking into his radio or simply told me, "The doctor will be in soon." This left both me and my mother feeling confused and concerned. I also felt that the IV was handled very roughly. The assistant moved very quickly, pulled my arm abruptly, and inserted the IV without any warning. I have had IVs before and have never experienced one that felt so rushed and painful. The doctor was somewhat unprofessional as well. Shortly after entering the room, he received a phone call and left to answer it, which delayed the consultation by about 10 minutes. While I understand that unexpected situations happen but, I felt that patient care should have been prioritized. The surgery itself went smoothly and was completed efficiently, which I appreciate. However, after the procedure, I became emotional due to the anesthesia. When my father asked why I was crying, his questions were ignored. The staff member assisting me to th

I had a good experience. The person who put in my IV was especially kind to help calm my nerves and answer questions prior to the procedure ( Iβve had no anesthesia experiences prior to this). The surgeon did a wonderful job. They work well as a team. My only issue was awakening from my procedure the 2 ladies in the room with me carried on conversations about one ladyβs boyfriend while I was asking questions about my blood pressure. However, this doesnβt take away that they are a great team. The two ladies just need to be educated on professionalism. I recommend this location.

This was my first time visiting for oral surgery, and overall I had a really good experience. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The waiting time felt pretty long, but once I was taken back the process went smoothly. The staff was very kind, helpful, and reassuring. They made sure I felt comfortable and answered any questions I had before the procedure. That really helped calm my nerves. The facility was also very clean and well organized, which made me feel even more at ease. Once the surgery started, everything went quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate how supportive and professional everyone was.
